We at OZIRON.com.au are committed to providing our customers with high-quality foldable ice baths. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read the following return policy carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  2. Exclusions:

    • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
    • Any items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@oziron.com.au within 30 days of your original purchase date.
    • Please provide your order number and the reason for your return request.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  6. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee may be applied if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

  7. Exchanges:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
