Check If all components are included

  • Ice Bath
  • Supportive tubes
  • Storage bag
  • Hand pump
  • Extendable drain pipe
  • Inflatable cushion
  • Faucet
  • Seal rings
  • 2x covers

Choose a suitable location

  • Make sure area is clear from sharp edges
  • Is a flat ground
  • No slipping hazards when stepping in and out of bath
  • Suitable to drain water after use

Assemble Ice Bath

  •  Unfold the bath tub
  • Insert support tubes
  • Inflate the air ring. It has a double cap head; for hand pump, stick in the middle cap, to decrease the hole size and it has an air lock that keeps airflow inwards while pumping

Add water and ice

For a non athlete we recommend to add 20kg(4 bags from Coles etc) of ice. It will bring water temperature down to ~12 degrees. Add half bags when bath is half full- second half 2min before stepping in.. Remember not to overfill the ice bath. Water level will rise 10-15% as you step in.

WARNING!!!

Do not try Wim Hof or any other breathing methods from Youtube on your first cold plunge…

Just breathe slowly, step in quick and enjoy;))
